Victory Solutions played a significant role in founding the non-profit Institute for Digital Enterprise Advancement (IDEA) to meet the rapidly-increasing need for a workforce trained in digital engineering-related disciplines. IDEA works with the federal government, the State of Alabama, national universities, and junior colleges to establish this course of study across the US. Through establishment of the Systems Engineering Technology (SET) curriculum students gain the computer programming and database skills needed to build and maintain computer models to coordinate large-scale, complex engineering projects.
We continuously provide IDEA with knowledge of industry needs, curriculum development, and instructors to help them meet their workforce development mission for venues which includes secondary education, 2–year degrees, 4-year degrees, masters programs, and continuing engineering training.
