Dr. Rodriguez joined Victory Solutions in 2010, after retiring from NASA MSFC. During his NASA career, Dr. Rodriguez managed large, highly technical, engineering organizations. Dr. Rodriguez received a PhD in engineering from The University of Mississippi.

Mr. Smith has over 24 years of experience in NASA human and civil space programs. Prior to joining Victory Solutions in 2008, he was Director of Advanced Programs in the Boeing Company’s Exploration Launch Systems Group.

Mr. Wise has over 28 years of experience at both NASA and SMDC. Harry holds an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and an executive MBA from The University of Alabama. Mr. Wise is responsible for managing engineering support projects and providing growth of our services to technology development customers.
