Mr. Hummer has over 35 years of experience in developing and testing hardware systems. Prior to joining Victory Solutions in 2010, he served as Chief Engineer and/or Program Manager for various DoD and NASA programs. Mr. Hummer has a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
