  • Doug Downes - Colorado Springs, CO Site Lead

    Mr. Downes has a diverse operations and management experience in Air Force ICBM & Satellite Command and Control operations. He uses his background in training and evaluation as VSI’s BOS/WAM Senior Project Coordinator for the GECIC, the Colorado Springs location for the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense subcontract.

  • Ian Muntean - Vandenberg AFB, CA Site Lead

    Mr. Muntean has had the privilege of working for the last four years as the Lead JPO Watch Officer gaining necessary operations experience, as well as, Operations Trainer on the Missile Defense Program at Vandenberg Air Force Base. He is currently leading the BOS/WAM Scheduling Program at Vandenberg AFB.
